We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Alpharetta, GA.

 

The Customer Service Representative is to be the liaison between our company; providing customer support via email and phone. The Customer Service Representative will effectively handle inquiries and complaints and deliver an excellent customer experience.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Disposition phone calls, voice mails and emails from customers who have questions about our products
  • Complete data entry for replacement products into the MasterControl program
  • Handle large volume of inbound calls requesting assistance and information from customers, pharmacists, physician offices, etc. to provide the customer with consistent, prompt, courteous and accurate information
  • Answer customers’ questions within a strict framework of Company and pharmaceutical industry regulations and good practices.
  • Help customers who have problems with coupons for certain of our products.
  • Refer difficult to answer questions to Customer Service Manager/Pharmacist.
  • Correspond with current and potential customers to provide information about the Company’s products and services.
  • Performing any other customer service functions as necessary.
  • At any time, you may be asked to perform additional duties outside the scope of your job description as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree or pharmacy degree required.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or retail pharmacy.
  • Must be detailed oriented and the ability to work in a face paced environment.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
